Protech exceeded all of my expectations. I had an issue with a tire, took it elsewhere and was told there was nothing wrong. The next day it went nearly flat. I called Protech because it was closest to my job and I couldn't get far. I'm so glad I found them! Despite me being a brand new customer with no appointment, Pascal assured me they would find the problem and take care of it. From start to finish they were transparent about options, costs, and the timeline for repairs. They had even fully charged my EV when I picked it up! I will definitely use Protech from now on. The staff and service at Protech was great. All staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They were completely transparent with pricing of labor and parts. I was able to get estimates on all potential expenses. Highly recommend their services.
