I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They are the best shop in RI. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanics did what you needed to be done with your vehicle. Special thank you to Peter Gamba. When I received my car back there was a Thank You Car on my dashboard.

So this was the first time I've had an incident with my car in about 20 years of driving. I was at work in my work truck and my personal car was hit at my property and the landscaping company that hit me took the blame. unfortunately their insurance company wanted to total my car from this damage but Cranston collision was amazing in helping me work with my insurance company and getting my vehicle repaired to absolute perfection. The process was super easy even though the other insurance company was making my life very difficult with the car but Cranston collision kept me informed that in all aspects of the repair. And even eventually help me go through my insurance company to get my car back. When I went to go pick my car up finally it looked brand new from the factory and I was beyond ecstatic that I finally had my car back. Great service. I'm usually hesitant with places that the insurance company suggests but Cranston Collision did not disappoint at all. Peter's and everybody working in the office's customer service was exceptional and they did a great job repairing some body/paint damage on my car. Peter even set me up to have some small imperfections in the paint that resulted from an old repair(done by a different shop) taken care of. 10/10, would recommend. Thank you!
