I am writing this review for my Mom. This place was the closest in vicinity to where we live. And because she is older she didn't want to drive far. They immediately sent someone out and from there everything was a smooth process. From getting a vehicle to drive, to filling out the paperwork, to explaining everything to her I can not as her daughter thank them enough.Did it take a while to get the vehicle fixed? Yes. But that is not the fault of Gershkoff. And the vehicle looks amazing. I highly recommend this company from the way they treat their customers to their quality of work, they are top notch.

From the minute you walk into the office where you are cheerfully greeted and made to feel valued, until your vehicle is completely finished, you are kept well informed. They manage the entire process from dealing with the insurance company to securing a car rental. You are made aware of the work they need to do, the estimated cost and the time frame.
