Jim and his staff are expert in their field. They are professional and courteous and will do what they can to ensure all of your needs can be met to the best they can. If we planned our accidents, we would not have them. Im glad JD Auto body is there to help when i do have them. I highly recommend this shop for their honesty which i feel is the most important aspect of customer service. Jim and his crew took care of 3 accidents for me and my family
