I can honestly say that they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Their service department is exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure my car is in top condition and that I am satisfied with their work. They are friendly, professional, and respectful, and they always make me feel like I'm valued as a customer. That is rare these days, when most businesses seem to care more about profits than people. That alone has earned my trust and loyalty, and I will definitely buy my next car from them. They treat me so well that I don't even mind paying a little extra for their quality service. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit to your Delaney Nissan of State College. The exceptional experience I had surpassed my expectations, and I wanted to take a moment to commend your entire team for their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Drove 2 hours to purchase a car. Didn't disclose that the previous owner was a smoker!! The car smelled so bad as soon as you opened the door. Tried explaining that the car was being sold below market value. Doesn't make up for the fact that we had to drive 2 hours to find out about the smoke. Now I have another 2 hour drive back home ☹️
