Took multiple trips to fix the issue. It should have been checked that all features of head function properly before releasing. Very nice that Ciocca offered to pick up the vehicle and leave a loner. Technician was friendly and communicative the whole time.

Just bought my second VW here and I’ve had great experiences both times. Nate Thomas was very helpful and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for another one.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, it took far too long to have a key FOB programmed. A courtesy inspection was done though it was mentioned it would be done, nor did I ask for it to be done. Also, the price charge was about double what another dealer quoted. The reason we didn't go to the other dealer was they couldn't get us in right away and the place we purchased the car was covering the cost. Not sure if the price was higher because you all knew we weren't paying or if you all charge way too much for something so basic and easy. I likely would not use your dealership for any future work.
