Unexpected trouble with our odyssey alternator while out of town. Called Bobby Rahal and explained our situation and they got us in immediately. We had our dog with us and they treated us all so well, we were stuck without our van with nowhere to go. They had us taken care of and back on the road within 2 hours!!! I’ve never experienced such amazing service before. Chelsey and Mike were amazing! That is truly what customer service should be like everywhere! My experience with Bobby Rahal Honda of State College was not good. I went there to do some inspection of my car. When I returned with my car after the inspection, I discovered a fracture near my automatic transmission shifter that was not there before. (picture attached). Next day, I went back there and told them the problem, but they refused to take the responsibility. I told them to talk to there mechanic who inspected my car and also to check if they have any camera recording. The lady in the reception told me that the mechanic was noy present at that moment. She told me to sent the photos of the damage in email and she'll send it to the mechanic. I sent them the picture, but didn’t get any response yet. Long story short, I paid $96 and came back with a damage on my car.

Rahal Honda provided outstanding service on my brand new 2023 Honda Odyssey. The system indicated that my brake fluid was low and I should stop my vehicle in a safe space and reach out for service. Rahal Honda supported me in scheduling a tow company to get my van to the dealership. They were able to look at my van that same day and even had a service member take my van home with him and drive it over 100 miles in an attempt to determine why the brake fluid was so low. They tightened the tubes and hope that was the issue. Because they aren't quite sure of the issue that caused the flued to leak, they scheduled me to return later this month to check the fluid level. They know I have a family trip scheduled this week and will be driving it several hundred miles. I feel like I'm in good hands with Alex and their service team and really appreciate the quick response and service. Service: Brakes
