RUN AWAY!!! My car has less than 70K miles. But the people at Basils turned it into a death trap! It used to be run by a guy named Basil who was a solid citizen. It has since been bought out by an inferior service co. Last time they fixed my car a bunch of things fell off after I got the car and I had to take it back. But that is not the reason that I am posting a 1 star review. My car also had mechanical damage which was not fixed correctly. BY NOT FIXING MY CAR RIGHT THEY PUT MY FAMILY'S LIFE IN DANGER. 6 months after they "Fixed it" I had to get the same work done all over again somewhere else to the tune of $1800. All the stuff that holds the 2 front tires in place was a hair away from falling apart! I EMAILED THEM. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. This is what I had to have redone... STEERING & SUSPENSION INNER PART THAT THE INNER TIE ROD END GOES INTO RACK & PINION REMOVE & REPLACE STEERING GEAR (COMPLETE) TIE ROD END LH TIE ROD END RH BUSHING TORN LOWER CONTROL ARM REMOVE & REPLACE

As a customer, I'm not rating this business. It doesn't deserve one star. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star to post my experience.This shop maybe good for minor repairs but if you have signigicant damage to your vehicle don't take it to this place. I took my brand new 2015 Honda Civic and they repaired it as if was a 2007. My door had severe damage and instead of calling my adjuster for more repairs to be done. They neglected the inside of my car door by using duct tape and electrical wiring. Thank God Honda was able to go over the work and fix it. I wouldn't trust this company for major work to be completed. My only source of customer service came from the Mexican workers that actually did work on my car. I came out of pocket an additional $500 for it to be fixed. They are dishonest and very arrogant people to work with. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Went to a few places for a reasonable quote on my Toyota Prius and Basil's shop was the only shop in town that was reasonable. I expected body work to be done in a week, perhaps even longer ... his response to me was that he'd have the car finished in a few days. Additionally, Basil was a great communicator providing updates with the car's progress.
