Alex's Auto Body

I feel compelled to write this review because Alex's Auto Body was professional, courteous and timely. They made my car look better than it ever has, and they did it for $400 less than the insurance estimate. This was a left front quarter panel, bumper, headlights and hood for 2009 BMW, completed in less than 3 weeks. Everything they told me was accurate. They give a lifetime warranty and I believe it. These people have integrity. Update: A 2nd car worked on 2003 Corolla. Result: superb! Very professional. Highly recommend.

My car was hit from the side while I was parked. Damage was extensive. Picked it up today, beautiful job, looks like right out of the factory! I recommend them highly! Just don’t break their stones, the shipping of parts are taking some time to arrive, not their fault.

Got my car towed there after an accident and was waiting on insurance. They were really helpful since this was my first accident and I had no idea what to do and I have no family nearby. I just filed my claim and they took care of the rest. My insurance ended up totaling the car, but the owner and front desk lady never treated me any differently even though he was getting a significantly lower payout from this, helped me get my things, and said sorry for my loss. Really great, 10/10 will absolutely go again if I ever need work.
