I brought my car to Bao because they’re nearby and well-reviewed. It was overheating and wouldn’t accelerate to highway speeds. Four days later Bao changed out the oil pan and said it was good to go. As you can guess, the car is still overheating and not accelerating. Service was friendly and responsive, but the owner is the only mechanic on staff and is clearly overwhelmed. I wish he would have recommended a place that could have handled my repair instead of wasting my time, selling me $400 in labor, and sending me on my way with a non-repaired car.
