Ronnie and his crew are amazing mechanics. Took my car here for a tune up and other maintenance related issues on a 20 year old car and man they made my car purr like a kitten. You guys are awesome....????????????????????

Out of 2,100 for what supposed to be New rack and pinion repair, 2 days later car wouldn't start and Ronnie the Manager don't know why and suggested that the Dealership would be my only option, once I get stuck in the behind from Chevy Dealership, I'm back at 1st Rate because my steering is not turning properly in close quarters after the Rack and pinion work 1st Rate had performed. I was told by the Mechanic that my 2011 Impala will never drive like a new car. Do not Patronize these crooks, I'm pressing charges and filling small claims with my lawyer.

It's always a good experience going there! They are very thorough and very nice men! I had my car inspected there today and it was very quick. I have been going there for years and always find them to be very fair and efficient!
