Chad is welcoming and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what repairs need to be done and is fair and honest with his prices. I am new to the area and King Street Automotive was recommended to me by my property manager. I now have a new mechanic. I highly recommend this business. Above and beyond!
I've only used this shop once but my first time through was great. I was given a same week appt. I brought my Escalade in, which as u can imagine I always get nervous for the cost. I spoke with Chad, he explained everything in detail. I appreciate him dealing with my ignorance for vehicles and giving me my options. Happy customer and got an oil change while i was at it. I will be back!
