Bennett Pre-Owned of Lebanon

I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Tucson 3 months ago now and I haven't received my registration or even signed the title because they lost it and had to get a duplicate, which still hasn't arrived yet. My temp tag expired the first of this month and my plate doesn't come back to any vehicle at all , I called the title clerk lady Heather, and she answered my call and when I introduced myself and told her my name she slammed the phone hung up on me this is very unprofessional customers are always supposed to be first and they simply don't care I've called countless times and left voice mails and when i finally get through she hangs up in my face that's ridiculous. My vehicle isn't registered to the state due to this problem and is a serious issue!! Also am one of the many customers who have to deal with this situation. I can see why the turnover rate is horrible they go through tons of managers and employees in general

I absolutely LOVED my experience here and Bennett pre-owned. Everyone was so polite and kind to my kids and I. I really enjoyed having Ricky as my sales man he is an amazing guy and easy to talk to. Amy is so kind and nice during the paper work and signing. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Not to mention I was Ricky's first sales! When you shop here ask for Ricky u won't be disappointed

Worse car ever purchased. Spent over $1000 fixing this messy car; not including the transmission that needed to be rebuilt in less than 2 months of purchasing. I'm interested in knowing who inspects these vehicles prior to selling to the public. Even Nissan's technicians told us this car is a mess. Surprise surprise, the car is back in the shop for repairs.
