I needed a control board for an RV fridge, not knowing the part number. Jim,at ASAP, was able to decipher what I needed by looking at photos I sent. I'm sure the pics needed to be blown up to make sense of them. He had it figured out quickly but did not have the part in stock. He spoke to the manufacturer/wholesaler and had the part direct shipped to my home. Corteous, diligent,prompt and understanding, can't ask for more. Highly recommended.

You folks are incredible! I was a little nervous to have to purchase this costly controller without the previous experiance of servicing a marine application. I worked on Home GenSets before as a licensed Mechanical Contractor in Michigan. But, the team (Dennis, Krista, Tony) that I worked with at ASAP, proved to me that there is FABULOUS customer service out there still if you work with the right company! I just wanted to take a minute to THANK YOU all of you for providing the support I needed to review the condition of my generator and repair it. The main wiring harness was laying against the hot exhaust manifold, and thru the years it finally melted thru the flexible conduit and the wiring. This in turn, took out the voltage regulator and caused the display on the main controller to dim intermittently and finally went out completely. I also changed out the SCR module to be safe with the new controller. And thanks to all of you, I am now back up and running and I am looking forward
