My parents have been using Bertrand (Doug) for yrs. Always very happy with his prices always more then fair, staff all very courteous, anyway I had the opportunity to purchase a car there for my son, which I did two weeks ago, Doug had the of course going over the whole car replaced the tires on it replaced the brakes all the way around on it inspected it sold it to me for an extremely fair price so my years of following in my parents footsteps will finally pay off!!Doug on a scale of 1 to 10 a 25!!! I left the parts with him on April 22nd. At that time you told me the end of next week. 2 weeks later I had to call about my parts. “I need another week” next week I had to call again. “I need another week” the following week I had to go to his shop, at which time he admitted his tech told him he can’t do the work and he sent my parts to a 3rd party. Never telling me or getting my approval. I never got an estimate for cost or time. He told me this person is the best but needed more time. 1 more week. Every Friday I had to call for updates. Kept saying 1 more week. On our last phone call (June 3rd)I asked him “are you willing to put money on your promise that the parts would done the following Friday”(June 11th) He said absolutely. So I give you 1 more week. No calls nothing. Friday, I call. He’s are “not there.” I ask if they are done. Im told "I don't know " That was at 8am. I told Her no matter what I'm picking up the parts at 11 AM. I get there at 11:05 AM. Nothing. No parts,
