I recently had a very disappointing experience with Goodyear Tire Service in Levittown that I feel compelled to share. After visiting their location to have my daughters tires replaced, I left the service center feeling frustrated and dissatisfied due to their negligence resulting in the switching out of my original wheel locks and the loss of the wheel lock key itself. First and foremost, the primary reason I visited Goodyear Tire Service was to have my daughters tires replaced. It was a simple and routine task that I expected them to handle with utmost care and professionalism. Unfortunately, they failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Upon completion of the service, I noticed that they had somehow switched out the wheel locks with someone else's and then misplaced the wheel lock key. This will be my new auto repair shop. The people were so nice and communicative. The waiting area was clean, warm, and had amenities like phone chargers, outlets, and coffee. I felt like they were honest and trustworthy and judging by the number of customers that came in throughout the afternoon, I can see why they have 4.5 stars on Google. Highly recommend.

Staff is very friendly and well trained .the facility is clean and comfortable waiting area. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for automobile tires and service.
