Outstanding front desk, dropped what she was doing to help. I was from out of town, Firestone was very rude to me and saud they could even help me because of lack of technicians for at least 4 days. This ladie's husband came out of the garage and diagnosed my problem and sent me to the auto parts store and saved my wedding weekend. It was only the battery. Thanks so much
I call and ask if they have any time to inspect my truck. They say no and hang up….
