Our serpentine belt broke, we were almost 2 hours from home with our 3 daughters. We called emergency roadside got the car towed there. We called them to see if they would be able to fix it they said no problem we have a belt on hand. We didn't get there until almost closing... Supervisor Tommy & his team were AMAZING! They stayed open late just to fix our vehicle so we could get our girls home! They were very efficient & had us out of there in no time! If there was a way for me to give these gentleman 10 stars I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Quick service but not very good. Scratched and stained my wheels, did not remove old wheel weights. Service: Tires
I’m from RI and was in Lebanon for a basketball tournament when my car started acting funny. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to drive eight hours back home but Firestone and its awesome crew saved the day!!!! I was able to get an appointment and they were so incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond!!! Super satisfied with the service and its awesome staff!!! Definitely recommend!
