Although work was done quickly and accurately the manager called my husband's note aggressive and creepy. The note simple said to check the exhaust and stated clearly that he did not want a full exhaust system. He has been taken advantage of many times and has learned to communicate clearly and question everything. I didn't appreciate the manager bad talking a client, my husband. I will not return.

My bf and I brought our 93 Toyota Tercel in because the car kept shutting off when in reverse or whenever we would give it gas. They charged $200 to diagnose the car. I asked them to only do the 1 thing they needed to, they went ahead and fixed a second thing without calling like I asked (we are struggling extremely bad financially). Then we had to leave our car sit there for about a week (financial problems) we were charged 50 a day for it to sit there. However, I will say the front desk guy did knock off some money on our bill which we were grateful for. My bf only drove 6 minutes from the shop and the car was still shutting off on us. We paid almost $2,000 for the car to do the same thing. We had to take the car back but couldn't even bring it back that same day. My bf told them the code that came up, it took these people 2 days to get back to us AND they STILL tried to charge us for work even when it wasn't done correctly the first time. We were told the car was left to sit for 5 h

These guys are just great the guy at the front who runs the show is funny and and so helpful. The whole team is just great, i honestly don't take my car anywhere else. They do everything they can to make it so your car gets done in a timely manner
