Wonderful, quick service. I discovered a screw in my rear tire after driving 45 minutes to Lancaster for a meeting. I had to return home later that afternoon, and knew I couldn’t drive home on the flat. I took my car to Jack Williams, and they fixed it while I was in my meeting. I was able to return home safely and on time. The gentlemen at the front desk were polite, the service was quick, and the downtown location was incredibly convenient.
Brought my car in for new tires and the guys at the front desk were very professional. They offered a lot of information and answered all my questions. They even finished my car a day early. I would recommend everyone to go here for any tire/auto service!
Kenny and Team are the best. We had a tire issue and had to have it fixed quickly and it was taken care of right away! Highly recommend Jack Williams!
