On labor day the manager Morgan gave me excellent customer service. Not only did he quickly and easily explain to me the process, he also made sure it was done in a timely manner. I was stressed at the start, but I felt relief within moments of entering the store. I will be back again. Service: Tires

I arrived at the shop shortly before closing but after the majority of the mechanics had left for the day. The man at the front desk (Quinn) and the technician in the shop would have had every right to ask me to simply return the next day. They did not. They immediately took my car in and helped replace my flat tire. The customer service was outstanding, Quinn was extremely helpful and thorough with his explanation of the services I received and of course the quality of the work was top notch. Thank you as well to Joe/John (I apologize for forgetting) the technician for his work. I am not a usual customer at this location but will refer it to my friends and family members and consider using it in the future. Service: Tires

I've been bringing my car here since last year after I move back to Pennsylvania. The service that I have received here has been outstanding. I would recommend these people time and again. Unfortunately I'll be leaving Harrisburg, but I'm sure I'll continue to use Firestone at my new place in Delaware.
