Midway through a 700 mile trip in our small RV, one of the inner rear tires on our rig went completely flat (after another tire shop failed to install correctly). We showed up at JWT in a bind and with a vehicle they don’t usually work on. Still, they immediately took a look, spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting (and solving) the problem, were friendly and gracious, and then refused to take any compensation. Can’t thank them enough - we had a safe rest of our drive and are grateful for their help and generosity.

Went in because my car had stopped running randomly. I had a great conversation with the mechanic Jeremy. He took a look for me and did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything in a way I understood. Would definitely recommend going here!

Do not take your vehicle to this place! Last fall we had an oil change on our Pathfinder. A few weeks later, it broke down. We took it to the dealer who said the oil wand was not put back in place correctly (it was actually stuffed in a different crevice) which caused oil to splash out all over the alternator, causing it to fail. This was a $1400 repair because of the location of the alternator. It took months (and a bad review) to finally get the general manager to do anything about it. He kept pushing us off - ignored my calls and texts, or said he would be in touch and then wasn’t. He even closed the case at one point and when I finally got to ask him about it, he said oh that’s just an automated thing that happens after a while. I finally posted a bad Google review that got his attention. Eventually he gave us 1/2 of the repair price and a voucher for a free oil change to earn our business back. He also asked me to remove the negative review, so I did. We took our daughter’s Sentra
