After talking to Ken, he's been in business at this location for 50 years. Nice guy and nice son. Seems like they have done quality work on my vehicle for which I'm happy. The negative would be communication and forgetfulness. I was usually the one that had to call him even though he told me he would follow up with me. His business card and what is on Google says the shop closes at 5:00 p.m. but it actually closes at 4:00 pm. So when I called him around 4pm he did not answer and there was no other form of communication to get a hold of him. Which made it very challenging to plan when you're down a vehicle. The next day the car was done so I scheduled my Uber to pick it up. Upon arrival I was shocked to find out that he did not accept credit card. I was never told cash or check ever. This obviously frustrated me and caused additional delays. It definitely soured the experience.
