The transmission on my car went suddenly on a Sunday night. I live an hour and a half away from the Harrisburg area and had to totally guess and have faith in whom to trust with repair. Initially tow went to Hoffman Ford, they told me they couldn't even look at my car, which is a Ford, for 30 days! I saw Bob's Auto Repair on Google Maps and read some reviews. Ended up calling and speaking with Rob, they picked my car up from the dealer and confirmed the transmission was toast. They were great and worked with the company I had an extended warranty with through. Two weeks later, car is good as new and rides better than ever. Very thankful and appreciative of honesty and care these guys showed. If I were a local, I would take my vehicles to Bob's for everything. Service: Transmission
