This place is absolutely atrocious to work with. it was 100% a nightmare. for starters, my VW was in their shop twice for the exact same problem that turned out to have never been fixed by them in the first place. I paid $$$ just in conclusion to find out from a dealership that the part was never replaced. Which makes total sense as to my my engine light was on the second I went to pick the car up from premier. secondly, your vehicle will sit in the shop without any communication from anyone unless you call asking for an update. the owner will say he will call you right back, never does. says he will send you a receipt, never does. it is excuse after excuse after excuse. when you demand for your receipt showing the part was ACTUALLY ordered and fixed, he threatens to call the police and tell you are trespassing, texting throughout all hours of the night, and so on and so forth. we have messages showing what the owner says and does not do, along with the time of the messages. what busin

We took our vehicle in knowing it would need multiple things done for inspection and emissions. Bryce and "the crew"went above and beyond all expectations! We weren't sure if we wanted to put the money into it or just go for a new used car. They went over the car totally and let us know everything it would need for inspection and the cost including things not needed for inspection. We decided to go ahead with the inspection and other repairs needed considering the cost between the new car and repairs on this one. Everybody was so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail we didn't understand plus the cost was not nearly what it would have been somewhere else. Highly recommend Premier One Auto!
