This place is absolutely atrocious to work with. it was 100% a nightmare. for starters, my VW was in their shop twice for the exact same problem that turned out to have never been fixed by them in the first place. I paid $$$ just in conclusion to find out from a dealership that the part was never replaced. Which makes total sense as to my my engine light was on the second I went to pick the car up from premier. secondly, your vehicle will sit in the shop without any communication from anyone unless you call asking for an update. the owner will say he will call you right back, never does. says he will send you a receipt, never does. it is excuse after excuse after excuse. when you demand for your receipt showing the part was ACTUALLY ordered and fixed, he threatens to call the police and tell you are trespassing, texting throughout all hours of the night, and so on and so forth. we have messages showing what the owner says and does not do, along with the time of the messages. what busin

I found a add on Facebook for a special for inpections for my vehicle so I saved it and went to premier one auto to make a appointment. While I was there I noticed they did oil changes and tire rotation was free so I also got that done. He gave me a fair price for everything and he was very friendly. I will be taking my other vehicle there for my next inspection and anything else I might need to be done. Thank you Bryce for making me feel welcome.
