Not sure about the validity of their positive reviews, although cheaper than some car dealerships, we found out the hard way, that this garage uses two "estimating" systems to determine repair costs. So customers beware, you are not being charged for actual flat labor or parts, Kyle Morin and the gang think it is "honest" to tack on extra 30 to 50% profit margin on parts, etc. This joker literally charged $342.87 to change four spark plugs and PVC Valve in 2016 Honda Civic, which was basically highway robbery. Owners response was we have to pay for "secretary, electricity, and time to order parts/answer emails/phone calls" so they don't charge for real costs even with normal 10-20% profit margin, rather 50% upcharges. They also had tires off to check brakes and still billed $20 for an "unauthorized" tire rotation and now won't refund anything. I went to K & J, because I was referred by a lot of people in the area & I needed a 2nd opinion. Another shop (which happens to be a national chain here in Hanover (wanted to charge me over $1600. Well that might as well be 1 million bucks to me). So I went to K & J and they did the inspection & they found the same thing the huge national chain did... but get this, they charged me just under $700. ALSO, if you need your inspection done, if you bring in at least 5 canned goods they wave the inspection fee. They (& I mean all of the employees, who happen to be a family) & I do want to express again that they offer exceptional service. I will be returning back, if I ever need anything for my vehicle or anyone that I can for any of my friends & loved ones to this wonderful garage, for Anything!!!
