Honest about what needs done and does not need done on the vehicle. Does not overcharge. Finds the cheapest way to repair a vehicle. Checks what might need repaired while working on the vehicle, even if it is not an inspection. Friendly, remembers each customer, overall outstanding customer service.
This turned out to be one of those places who say something is wrong and needs fixed when is does not. I left with an uninspected vehicle and a $900 estimate to fix my car. Instead, I went to Lee's in McSherrystown and came out with an inspection and a great experience.
Wonderful customer service and took time to explain to me and to listen. Great company and recommend to all!
