To pick up a simple online order is a joke. Wish they would have a section like homedepot to come pick up with a barcode at a locker, and then leave without having to wait in line for more than 30 mins.

My low beam light went out when I was leaving work pulled into advanced auto to buy one It was chilly out and I had no idea how to replace the bulb I wish I would have kept my receipt because the clerk there was a young man that was not only knowledgeable about what I needed actually took the time to come outside with me and replace it for me I could not have been more grateful for his amazing customer service highly recommend advance Auto parts into the clerk that helped me thank you it meant a lot

I went there to get a better for my Nissan Armada. The older salesman at the counter didn't say anything as looked at me as if l wasn't welcome there. The younger salesman took the information l said can you show me the batteries. I went to the rear of the store no one came to assist.after 5 minutes l left the store.again fretted with the stare by the older salesman when l left.l will not go there again.
