Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Went In for a basic oil change and when I left my car was putting and misfiring. They swapped out my coils so I would come back. They took advantage of a women. Took out my engine filter for what?? Never again. They are a rip off. To make it worse. I even choose a different location because I have a prior bad experience at a Monro in a different city. THEY ALL THE SAME RIP OFFS

It was a great experience. I was contacted will all the information that my car needed, and it was fixed much sooner than I expected. It’s running great and I couldn’t be happier. I did not feel pressured in any way. The employee explained everything thoroughly, and I felt comfortable that they weren’t trying to just sell me something that I didn’t need.

First time visiting this location and had a confirmed prescheduled appt that ended up to be a waste of my time to include inconvenience and bad business practice. How is a business going to confirm an appt to end up telling the customer upon arrival, that service cannot be done and without alternative suggestions? Then to top it off, no phone call to advise the customer ahead of the appt of the inconvenience? Thumbs down Monro and never again. BYE
