I've been taking my cars here for slightly over 1 year. Have always had great experiences. One time I took my car for an oil change and they let me know that the oil was super clean and still good and I should wait on my oil change. They could have just taken my money but honesty goes much further. Would definitely recommend Austin's. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I was taking my vehicle there for a while. Seems like they try to be honest with you at first. And then once you start going there, that's when. I was deceived I was told I only needed shocks and ab alignment but then when I made the appointment I was told that I also needed rear control arms To complete an alignment because of a seized bolt. And when I took it there that ended up being an extra 1200 from what they cost The funny thing is. I paid for front end alignment previously and add new tires. And this is what my tire looks like now.. This is sad because I did like going there. And now I have to question If i'm going to keep on going there
