I had a bad experience at Rothrock Nissan. They first made me book an appointment for the estimate. Then they never returned my call to return. I then found out that the Rothrock employee who did the estimate quit. About a month later, they made me book another appointment to drop off my car. They then made me pick it back up a day later after I signed all the paperwork because parts weren't available. Kim from Coachworks saved the day! She got my estimate the same day, and had my parts installed in less than a week. I even had another accident a couple months later, and I couldn't pass inspection with the broken headlight. With my luck, allentown parking authority was having a frenzy with me. I became a target from the city and I couldn't hide my vehicle while I waited for the headlight to arrive.
