Mike was amazing! He knew exactly what my car needed and fixed everything with a really great turn-around time. As a student who isn't too familiar with this area, I was worried about finding a place to deal with my flat tire, but I had a great experience and I would definitely come back! Service: Tires
WOW - customer service at it's finest. Belle (my blue Mustang) just got new 'shoes' today. Very fitting, snow tires for the first snowstorm. Mike, the owner of Broadway Auto in Cetronia worked so hard to get them on and fix a problem with the emergency brake (note: if an emergency brake suddenly feels loose, get it checked????) - including getting a part from Lebanon, PA today. He came to the house to pick me up since my husband is on a zoom meeting. The tires are incredible, no trouble and no sliding at all. HIGHLY recommend his business! Absolutely amazing service. Owner knows exactly what he is doing and doesn't fool around. He had been doing my inspections for years now and other work that is needed and often comes in at lower prices then other locations and gets it done quicker and right.
