I have been a customer of Peter’s Auto Works for 14 years now. I couldn’t be happier and I can’t say enough about how great their service is. During these times of horrible inflation and all, auto repair bills are the last thing we need. I recently had to bring my car in for some repair and a lot of overdue maintenance. After their inspection they told me about everything I needed and possibly more. I agreed to let them do anything necessary. I was pleasantly surprised of how much under the estimate they were. Having agreed to their estimate earlier they could have gone ahead with the unnecessary repair and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. It saved me a couple of thousand dollars. As said before, I can’t say or thank them enough. Their service is excellent. Everyone extremely professional, courteous, friendly but most of all, honest. Thank you Hes, Lisa and everyone! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, Steering & suspension
Told me I needed a brake job but I couldn't afford the labor so went out and bought the parts myself. Took the pads off and still had 3-6 months good life on em. Shook it off as I've been a regular customer for a few years. Went back because my wipers weren't working. Paid $150 for the diagnostic to be told there was a recall on the wipers so I go to the dealer, they do the repairs, wipers still aren't working. Call Peter's who tell me I need to pay for another diagnostic. Ended up driving that winter without wipers (which sounds silly but as a single mum with no child support you make do with rainx when there's food to be bought and a roof to keep over your child's head) then finally was able to get into another mechanic. Turns out there was a wire left unplugged. Dunno if they were just trying to lose a customer or if this is common practice for getting repeat business but I would recommend getting second opinions on work being done there. Unfortunately, I also bought a car from them
Words can't even begin to express how I feel about Peter's Auto Works. Lewis and Lisa and everyone there are absolutely amazing. They have got to be the most honest auto repair shop in town. They give it to you straight No B.S. I love it! I know I can count on them to make my Volvo run correctly and keep it on the road safely. They are not out to overcharge you. I have found that they will outline what is most important to get fixed and when and the cost for it. I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who wants to get their vehicle repaired correctly and meet some really cool people along the way!
