I have been quite satisfied with their service so far; however, I had a recent issue with my ML 350 where they a/c stopped cooling. After three trips to the shop and laying out $500 in charges, the a/c is still not cooling and there is no clear resolution from them on the root cause. Not satisfied at all by their service on this issue.
