I should’ve read reviews before taking my car here. I usually do, but so disappointed. Unless I pay storage fees for almost a month that I was never told about. “ Oh it takes a few days for the adjuster to come out, then if we need to order the parts that can take some time and then the repair. I really did think my car was going to get fixed. , I now will get my car back but with a salvaged title for a minor “fender bender”. Still have not seen an estimate, only that it’s a total loss. Steer clear from this place.

There should be a negative stars as an option. Now, I know why this guy has to run so many commercials on the radio. Once you go to this guy, you'll never go back. Think about it. My business has been going strong for 15 years. And, all by word of mouth. If I advertised as much as this guy. I would be to overwhelmed. Just a word to everyone. Any business run as many commercials as LEIF'S should be a RED FLAG! For 10 years plus of business if he did good work, he wouldn't need to advertise. My daughter in law just got her car out of the shop. We all told her NOT to go there but they do what they do. I told her to write a review. She's afraid cause these people scared her so bad. So, I'm writing for her. Leif!!! Shame on you! Leif, get a clue. You've got a big turn around in your employee's just as much as customer base. God gave you a blessing and this is how you use it??

i received my car back in oct'2023 and there was some over spray on my car i was told that it would take them 1-4 days but i would have to wait for a loaner car and that could take some time.. now 3 almost 4 months later i have heard nothing from no one i have called multi times to see what the status so i can have my car complete and i been told it would take 24- 48 business hours. and the message have been sent to Leif himself and still nothing. im at the point to either call a lawyer to see my options and take it somewhere else. the lack of communication on your company respond is horrible. i would not recommend this place to no one and will be reporting this to the BBB. if i could give then no stars i would. also when i asked the phone screener what is consider 24-48 business hours were she could not tell me such a joke.
