The Landmark Ford Service Team is very professional and most notably proactively communicative, responsive throughout the service cycle from initial contact (customer inquiry) thru service completion, and even post-service follow-up as situationally dependent. Given that new normal customer expectations have been reset to none, or less than none, across all customerfacing industries, the level of customer service provided by Landmark Ford Service is very refreshing, pleasantly surprising, and will likely create lifelong customers or, at a minimum, enshrine Landmark Ford as the No. 1 goto 1st choice for service needs and give us all hope as we cautiously head into the future.

I had a recall work done. Excellent team of scheduler, valets, technician and contact person. Through and easy communication. My availability was limited due to my work hours and family situation, but they were very accommodating. I loved valet services - my vehicle was picked up from my house and delivered back to me when finished. I would highly recommend Landmark Ford!

What was supposed to be handled in 1 appt took 2. They blamed the scheduler and both appointments took longer than I was told they would. The cashier refused to look at my costco coupon for 15% off parts and service claiming it wouldn't apply. I definitely didn't feel valued as a customer. I would not recommend going here and I will not go back.
