My car looks good as new. The work performed was great and it was returned to me very clean! I was originally told that the process would take roughly 5 days. After 10 days, I received a message stating my vehicle had not been assigned to anyone and had essentially sat there in the lot and wasn’t being worked on. My vehicle was finally able to be picked up 22 days after I dropped it off.
I highly recommend Crash Champions. Their customer service was both professional and friendly. The repair work was excellent. The estimator, Dan, was also professional and friendly. He kept me informed all along the way. I have referred several friends to CC because I am confident they will receive the excellent service and quality of repair that I did.
This is way overdue though needed to give a shout out to Nick and Crash Champions! They repaired my car over the summer and returned it in a like new condition. Nick was informative and diligent with updates throughout the process. Super thankful!
