I'm the kind of guy who's always a bit skeptical when it comes to mechanics (several long stories) but this specific jiffy lube is a breath of fresh air. I met a guy named Troy and I felt like he actually had my best interests at heart. He asked me good questions about my maintenance scheduling, didn't do a "hard sell", was professional, answered all my questions and most importantly, he cared. This is going to be my home service center unless I need hardcore work done to my car. Got my oil today and I'll be back for brakes within 2 weeks. Gonna get some more minor work done that day as well. I'm so grateful I pulled in here!!
I got quoted 3 different prices for an oil change by 3 different employees and the amount I ended up paying was not any of those 3 quotes. Their quote is apparently for 5 quarts of oil but mine took 6 and they didn't bother to tell me. I was told I also needed a coolant flush and he said it was $79 with $30 off. Then they tell me everything is going to be $359 or something. Apparently he meant $179 for coolant flush..not $79???? They need to get their quotes consistent and accurate and in writting...not from 3 different guys verbally. Very unprofessional
