This shop was outstanding. I couldn't have been treated better if they were family. Professional, courteous, informative and very friendly. The work they did on my truck, after I did something stupid, was outstanding. My truck drives better now than before my stupidity. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will definitely come back.
Overall it was a good experience. Josh did a good job of keeping us informed of the progress of the repair. I was surprised that the estimated repair cost was about $580 higher when I picked up the car than the online estimate or the last amount given. I left the rating at 5 stars because the other guy's insurance company was paying for this, but I would have been pretty unhappy if I was paying and showed up to find out that I owed almost $600 more than the last estimate.
Caliber did a great job on some pretty extensive repairs to my car. it looks almost new again. Josh’s communication was excellent all through the process
