Jaguar Portland

DO NOT buy any Jaguar as they have a inconsiderate customer service when you need the most. We had a Jaguar f-pace which began to show issues with the infotainment system. It used to turn off in middle of driving the car and come back after few mins. We visited the service center numerous times, sometimes during our work hours. Even after 2-3 months the issue still persisted. We then contacted the corporate office for the customer service. Since the car was under Jaguar provided warranty we expected we could get the car replaced. But the corporate office being insensitive to it’s customers did not entertain this request. We were just told to carry on going to the service center the 4th time. I advise anyone looking for a reliable service after they buy a car, DO NOT buy a Jaguar product, or they might suffer a lot after.

Hugely disappointed. I took my car in for service and they don't give any loaner. They kept my car for 4 days and it was still in queue to get serviced by a technician. Then they wanted to keep it over the weekend while I was taking Uber to work daily. I finally got my Carl back without service. What a shame.... this will be my last Jaguar ever.

My experience with JLR of Portland has been top notch. Their sales staff are communicative and really want to get the right vehicle for you. We custom ordered a new 2024 F Pace and it came out better than we expected. Was a long wait but was worth it. Have had to work with their service dept once and that couldn’t have gone any smoother and made me feel like they really do care about satisfaction. So far 10+ service!
