First time I've ever needed repairs for my car (to fix scrapes) and I was super overwhelmed and stressed, especially since my insurance indicated this would be a much bigger issue than Si's showed me it ultimately was. Kraig and his team fit me into their booked out schedule and had it fixed the same day, and were incredibly kind and generous. They understood what I needed and explained my options clearly and fairly. I am incredibly impressed and Si's has absolutely won my loyalty. Si's Auto Body not only did fantastic work on my car fixing a scratched bumper, they were also incredibly kind and helpful in the process. Highly professional and organized, they turned around quickly with a very fair quote, got me an appointment quickly, confirmed my appointment in advance, we're communicative throughout the whole process and completed the work sooner than theI expected. I came back to a sparkling vehicle that had also been detailed! And to top it off, they gave me a bag of chocolates on my way out the door. This place is a gem.
