I brought my Cayenne GTS in to A&P because of a vibration that was occurring when braking at highway speeds. Alan and his talented technicians quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem as being related to an engine vibration, versus a warped brake rotor like I suspected. They solved the problem with new coils and plugs and road tested my vehicle to make sure the issue was resolved. I rely on A&P to take good care of my vehicles and they've always been spot on in diagnosing and resolving difficult problems. I really appreciate how A&P focuses on the root cause of the problem. They don't take the "trial and error" approach that results in added cost for unneeded parts and labor. They're good at finding the problem and fixing it and I think this comes from years of experience and knowing the brand. Don't waste time going anywhere else. Twice now I have been to A&P for service on my 99 Eurovan. Each time they have offered prompt service, excellent communication and a clear deep knowledge of these unique cars.
