Best Auto Repair

TLDR: Jorge and everyone else at Best Auto were awesome and did my repairs at a very reasonable price. I scheduled an appointment with Best Auto to repair a power window and my air conditioning. The morning I went to take my car in, I turned my car on to discover my catalytic converter had been stolen, leaving with them with a lot more work than I'd scheduled my car for! They did the original repairs and worked with my insurance company to get the catalytic converter and related damage taken care of. My insurance company was slow, but they were fast. The cost of all this work was incredibly reasonable and I will definitely be using them again! Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, General repairs & maintenance

Honest and decent, I'll go back for sure. Quick service too. My catalytic converter was stolen. They fixed it the same day, but my truck still sounded bad so I took it back and asked them to have another look. The guy was very pleasant to deal with, they has a 2nd look and reinstalled the CC at no charge -- honest, decent, and competent.

We set up an appt at 9am when they opened. The employees did not show until 9:22am. We stood out in the cold. We finally spoke to the employee and the manager and we’re told they would not be able to get a diagnostic on our car until 2 days later. This mechanic thinks diagnostics are hard and “take a long time”. They were untrustworthy and I knowledgeable. We took our business elsewhere.
