Amazing service and pricing. Been going for 4+ years now and always satisfied with the service. Drop my car off for regular maintenance in the morning and done by the end of the day unless of a rare case of more work needed(1 year I was recommended new brake pads, which was about on track). My first experience with this company was when I stopped in to see if they could put air in my almost flat tire. The gentleman who assisted me with this was very friendly and helpful. He filled my tire then found the nail that was causing the leak. He informed me that they could fix it for $18, but I would need an appointment. At a later date, I called to make an appointment to have my tire fixed, which ended up being the next day. When I took my car in, I found some of the office staff to be less friendly than the gentleman who previously assisted me. I left my car with them anyway and was notified later in the day when it was ready. When I picked up my car, I was charged $30 for plugging the leak instead of the $18 I was originally quoted. Then, when I parked my car at my home, I found they didn’t bother to put air in my other three tires to balance them with the newly repaired tire, which I consider poor customer service. Came in thinking i needed a new diff, and they caught that i only had a bad CV axle. Super quick turnaround, great communication, and overall good vibes. Update: have to knock off two stars because my steering knuckle bolts were not installed correctly, leading it to pop off while driving, almost throwing me off the road. Everett were able to help me get it back on the road, and I came in the next day for them to apply threadlocker and retorque the bolts, free of charge. I value their quickness and communication, but unfortunately cannot trust them for future repairs, even if this was a one-off mistake.
