Arthur’s fixed a ‘piston 1 misfire’ issue in our Honda Element and greatly improved a “shimmy” we had w/ acceleration. Nicole took great care of us, very personalized care, good communication and listening. We were impressed enough with the service and relieved it didn’t cost more, so we decided to bring car back for a full shock/strut replacement.
