Les Schwab Tire Center

I have always liked Les Schwab, and will probably go back, but had an unfortunate experience this time around. Found out I needed shocks that weren't in stock. They'd "call in 7-10 days" when the part comes in. No call after (about) three weeks. When I call to follow up, it turns out the part was never ordered. Round 2: part arrives and I'm there for service. I see the car come off the lift around 10:30 (appointment was at 10). I take my ear buds out so I don't miss them calling my name. Not wanting to be impatient, I wait until noon to go up and ask; I assumed it was in their alignment center, which you can't see from the waiting room, or some other part of the service was still happening somewhere else. According to the very nice person at their counter, it was done at 11. But nobody called my name and/or sent a follow up text or call. So I was there over an hour while the car was done. Just not a great experience this time around.

They’re always ready to help. Needed to check my tire pressure, pulled in and it was done in less than 5 min. Buying tires from Les Schwab is well worth it

BEST LES SCHWAB EVER! They were so nice and so helpful. I came in an hour before closing because my tire was leaking... they got me in right away and let me bring my dog inside to wait with me. The front desk was so nice, Hannah was so helpful, and I was out and on the road in less then 20 minutes. To top it off, they did the repair on my tire Free of charge! If I could rate them 100 stars I would.
