Jiffy Lube

I’ve been using this location Jiffy Lube for years. I’ve always trusted them and it’s very conveniently located. On my last visit, the service attendant told me that my rear brakes were worn down completely, that it was metal on metal. They said they could replace them during the same service. I declined and took my car straight to Les Schwab, where I do all of my tire maintenance etc. Interestingly enough, my brakes were just fine and had 50% life still. It’s too bad they wanted to scam me and have now lost a regular customer. ???????? Service: Oil change

I needed an oil change and wanted a transmission flush. With on-line coupons and a special at the store I was able to get everything done for a price I was willing to pay. Service was great and technicians were very friendly.

I have a Range Rover and was skeptical about going to Jiffy Lube for service. BOY was I wrong!! Not only could they service my vehicle, but they also found a service problem that a local Range Rover mechanic recently missed! They take their time. On top of it all, GREAT customer service!! Trust for me is not easily given. I’m glad I gave them a chance. I’m a customer for as long as I live here! A true gem!
