They were able to get me in fairly quickly, but depending on who I talked to not everyone was helpful. The paint on my Toyota pickup looked good, but when they told me it was finished it really wasn't and then they decided to WASH OFF THE ENGINE BLOCK? Come on. How can spraying water under the hood of any car be a good idea? It's not really a surprise that when they started it up again it didn't run correctly. So they towed it to a mechanic and had to get it fixed. Overall, they seemed decent, I'm sure this was an isolated f**kup, but I will never trust them with a vehicle of mine again.

Their customer service was exemplary. They made the whole process easy, went into detail of what would be happening and the list of repairs needed, constantly updated me with the progress of the repairs and even had my car done a day earlier than expected. The repairs were great. I hope to not have to see them again but I will certainly recommend it to anyone in need.

Took my car here after an accident and they took pictures to send to the insurance company and then set an appointment for me to come back for the repairs. I came back for the scheduled appointment and they had completely forgotten. They tried to play it off saying they needed to take pictures of the interior too and they would call me when I should come in for the repairs. Still waiting for a call 2 weeks later. I took my car to Main Auto Body in Philomath instead and they took care of everything within a couple days and had me set up with a rental car upon my arrival.
