Service excellent. However I had to sit outside while waiting for service to be completed as the scent/odor plug-ins in the waiting area and show floor area were so incredibly strong I got a headache and felt nauseous. I shared this with the front service desk person and he looked dumbfounded. Please be conscientious that these fragrances affect many people negatively. Thank you.

I have been disappointed twice after my last two services at University Honda. The most recent one took 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Was originally quoted 45 minutes. Clerk confirmed they usually take an hour and a half. I've used the Bend and the McMinnville service locations in the past, and both far exceed the quality of customer service and efficiency. I will return my business there, or perhaps just use Jiffy Lube from now on for oil changes.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and insightful. I was having AC trouble and they figured it out and fixed it in less time and on the cheaper end of the quote I initially received. The waiting area was relaxing and pleasant. Thank you to everyone who helped/worked on my car. Since it’s August it’s nice to know I won’t be roasting while driving.
