My battery died suddenly, which had me a bit concerned. I took my vehicle to a “free testing” auto store and it came back as “good battery but bad starter and alternator.” All that new would have been over $800. We regularly take all our vehicles to Ken’s and I’m glad we do. They did many more thorough tests and nothing needed to be replaced. Charged me minimally for their time, but well worth the peace of mind and not being out hundreds I don’t need to spend right now. I basically offered them up easy money to do all this work and was told upfront, “let’s just make sure it really needs to be done at all.” Integrity goes a long way and this crew has it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! These guys have insanely quick service, very friendly and HONEST staff and a family oriented small business that DESERVES your business! The estimated cost for my oil change was significantly cheaper than most of the mechanics/oil change places I got quotes from and I called 90% of the shops from Philomath to Albany. Ken worked on my car himself and he was very straight forward with anything my car had going on and DID NOT try pushing me to pay for a bunch of other costly things that weren’t needing to be fixed immediately.
